Over the past five years, I have concentrated my environmental consulting practice on HUD Environmental Reviews. These reviews are conducted to evaluate the potential adverse environmental effects of any project funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), ensuring that the project does not negatively impact the surrounding environment or the health and safety of future residents/tenants at the project site, all in accordance with federal environmental regulations such as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). HUD ERs encompass many significant issues related to human health, safety, and equity.
This brief note is to express that my experiences over the past five years with the numerous professionals I have collaborated with at HUD have been incredibly positive and supportive. Every HUD representative has been professional, responsive, technically competent, and willing to assist me and my staff in understanding the HUD Environmental Review process.
Thank you!
