Hannah Wertz

Hannah is an Environmental Scientist / Project Manager. She has a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from University of Delaware and is a certified radon sampler. She is responsible for overseeing various environmental projects and ensuring their successful completion. Her client-focused approach enables her to understand and meet the specific needs of clients, providing them with effective solutions. With her attention to detail and problem-solving skills, she excels at managing complex projects and delivering high-quality results. Hannah has extensive experience with the HUD Environmental Review process for FHA financing and HUD CPD Grants.

Molly Rudrow

Molly is a Project Scientist and Environmental Professional. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Geology from the State University of New York at Oswego with five years of experience in environmental services and due diligence. She is skilled in field sampling techniques, reporting, and project management. Molly has experience with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II ESAs/Subsurface Investigations for multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial properties, remediation services, state closures, UST removal oversight, SPCC Plans, NPDES sampling, and erosion/sediment control inspections. Molly values clear communication to clients and an understanding of their individual needs, including specific technical requirements, timing, and sensitive transaction considerations. She strives to meet all client needs in a timely and professional manner.

Ashley Dunne

Ashley is a recent graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a major in Physical Geography and a minor in Science Communication. With a strong background in Environmental Science, Ashley has been leveraging her skills and knowledge to complete Environmental Reviews for our clients. Being an early career professional, Ashley has already learned a lot through her time at AZ-RI and continues to learn every day about the federal laws and regulations relating to Environmental Due Diligence. She has applied her education and previous experience in her work at AZ-RI, mapping site boundaries and researching the environmental factors impacting a given project. Ashley is a strong communicator with a passion for conservation and applies these qualities to her work diligently and efficiently.

Scott Rifkin

Scott manages the day to day operations of AZ-RI and also works with the team to manage projects. He has a BA from Bucknell University's economics department and an MA from Johns Hopkins University's Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering. Scott is an experienced professional with over 25 years of expertise in managing environmental due diligence projects. With a commitment to understanding the client's overall goals, Scott tailors his approach to meet their specific needs and requirements. He believes in providing comprehensive support and guidance to clients throughout the entire process, ensuring successful financing or funding outcomes.

Anthony (Tony) Azola

Tony is a founding member and advisor to AZ-RI Consultants. Tony received his B.S. in Forestry with a minor in Environmental Resource Management from Virginia Tech in 1997. He earned his Masters in Forest Soils from Virginia Tech in 2001. Tony is a well respected business owner with deep knowledge of building systems and historic preservation. He is a valuable resource to AZ-RI as an advisor and technical expert.
